I am a pastry chef that focuses on creating an experience. Being part of a moment and leaving you with the desire of wanting more. As a seasoned epicure, I enjoy tasting and making desserts that are a part of tradition as well as learning new and more creative pastries. I come from a family of bakers and have spent most of my life being a taster and finding delicious treats.
